PureFocus is a mobile productivity and time management application designed to help users focus on their tasks and goals.

2. Subscription & Pricing

2.1. Free Version

A free version of the application is available with limited features.

2.2. Premium Subscription

A Premium subscription is offered to access all features. Pricing is displayed in the app and stores.

2.3. Trial Period

A free trial period may be offered for the Premium subscription.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Refund Policy: Remboursement immédiat (Immediate refund)

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Play Store account settings.

Refund requests should be addressed to Apple or Google, or contact us at purfocus.contact@gmail.com for major technical issues.

4. License & Restrictions

NUTRAE SOLUTIONS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use.

You are prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, selling or renting the Application
• Decompiling or attempting to obtain the source code
• Using the Application for illegal purposes

5. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Dijon (France).
