Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and the data associated with the PureFocus application, you can request this by writing to us at purfocus.contact@gmail.com.
Upon deletion
- Your account information (email, identifiers) will be deleted from our systems.
- Data related to in-app subscriptions (via Apple/Google) will remain managed by these platforms in accordance with their policies.
- Legal billing data will be retained for the mandatory legal period (10 years).
Your request will be processed within 30 days maximum.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to purfocus.contact@gmail.com
- Include in the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Specify your user identifier or the email address associated with your account
- We will confirm the deletion by email within 30 days
Important information
Consequences of deletion:
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible
- You will lose access to all your data (tasks, sessions, statistics)
- Your subscription will be terminated (no refund for the current period)
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use PureFocus in the future
